Marisa is responsible for the operational strategy and production management of NBC News Studios’ diverse slate of documentary films and series. She cut her teeth on the editorial side of production before transitioning into her current role, giving her an innate understanding of how to align budgetary and operational demands with a project’s creative vision. Known for her sharp problem-solving instincts and her ability to quickly grasp the unique needs of individual projects, she oversees all phases of physical production—from early strategy and budgeting through execution and final delivery. In her leadership role, Marisa cultivates strong, solution-oriented teams and ensures that resources and workflows are optimized to support filmmakers at every stage.
