Mandana O’Connor

Mandana O’Connor is Vice President of Business and Legal Affairs at NBC News Studios. As in-house counsel, Mandana advises and oversees all development legal work. Prior to joining NBC News Studios, Mandana was at Viacom Media Networks where she oversaw development and production legal for a variety of programs including The Hills: New Beginnings, documentaries St. Louis Superman, Hungry, and Miley: The Movement. Prior to becoming an attorney, Mandana developed, produced and managed several websites including think.mtv.com which won an Emmy in Community Service, and Know HIV/AIDs & Fight For Your Rights: Protect Yourself which won a Peabody. She left Silicon Valley for New York to attend NYU and New York Law School and never left.
