Caroline has spent her career chasing great content as a journalist, unscripted TV producer, and development executive. At NBC News Studios, she finds, fields and pitches new ideas for docs and doc series to take to market. Previously, she worked in development and impact at Exposure Labs, the film studio behind Emmy-winning documentaries The Social Dilemma (2020), Chasing Ice (2012) and Chasing Coral (2017). When she’s not working, you’ll find Caroline out in nature and/or tracking down chocolate.
